The process is meant to be slow so that a smooth melt is obtained, also the base of the water should not touch the water in order get the smoothest melt.
3. Beat 225 grams of sugar, 3 free range eggs and 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract together in a separate bowl and then fold the chocolate mixture in the paste to combine the whole paste in one bowl.
4. Get 250 grams of flour, 30 grams of cocoa powder and half tablespoon of baking powder, sift these together to get them smooth and then fold in the already prepared egg and chocolate mixture. Your cake mixture is ready to be baked at this stage.

6. At this stage remove the tray from the oven and separate half of them and leave them to cool off on a cooling rack. Turn over the other half of the biscuits with their flat sides facing upwards, place a marshmallow on top of all the biscuits still present in the tray and put them back in the oven to bake for another 2 to 3 minutes until the marshmallow gets nice and soft.
7. Take the second batch out of the oven and rest on a cooling rack to cool off to a milder temperature, make sure it doesn’t cool off completely. Feel the softness of the marshmallow with your finger and check when the temperature is at a milder stage put the other sides of the biscuits on top of the marshmallow half.
